Thank you all for the responses.
Does the workaround (platform acl egress-disable ) actually require a reload
? I did apply it on a box without a reload, since it didn't ask for one, and
I had the issue occur again a few hours later.
My thoughts and words are my own.

Cisco did mention that the issue is present with both IPv4 and IPv6 ACL's,
or with just IPv4 ACL's.
The issue also presents itself if MPLS is enabled, together with IPv6
routing.
