[c-nsp] Cisco nas coa pppoe dynamic qos

Hi Guys, Is anyone using coa to dynamically adjust qos policy on pppoe subscriber sessions? I am sending the same cisco av-pair in the coa that i send during session establishment but the nas router doesnt apply the coa but works fine when session is established.
