It's happening in the loader too, so it can't just be an IOS bug. Unless you just updated the boot loader, I would bet on hardware failure.

	The only thing I was able to find was a post on the support forum with the
	same issue, but with no resolution. I wasn't able to find bug id that would
	indicate an IOS bug (but my search skills may have failed me).

	I need to check with TAC, but from your point of view, does it look more
