[c-nsp] BGP full feeds on ASR1k

here's a non-production asr1006 (rp1/only 4gb ram), 2 full feeds, 2 peering feeds(~extra 20,000 prefixes on top of the 2 full feeds from the peerings)

Im also looking to do same as Nick but currently on 8gb memory.
