[c-nsp] BGP full feeds on ASR1k

For what it's worth, I have some 9ks with RSP-4Gs taking in 3 full ipv4
routes. On average there is 800M - 1.2G free. That is also with VPNV4.
The number of full ipv4 routes is very close to 600k.
