[c-nsp] ASR9K - 6PE packets punted to RP

Hello list,

Has anybody else been running into CSCtw62709 on ASR9K? ("Labeled IPv6 packets are punted to CPU")

We're running into this problem where on ASR9010 PE running XR 5.1.3, 6PE packets are getting MDF_PUNT_POLICE'd into LPTS.
Strangely, the bug search tool shows known affected release is 4.2.0, not 5.x and it's affecting 5.1.3; and, no known fixed releases?

I've opened a TAC case to get more details, but was wondering if anyone else had similar issues with 6PE getting punted to RP?
