Scratch that last message.  Helps if I take time to read :)  I misread 
that as you had a failed 6000 watt PSU and needed to replace it with a 
4000 watt unit.

Other than the switch complaining about mismatched power supplies, you 
should be OK.  You're running 208 volt power, correct?
