[c-nsp] Core layer device n7004 vs n9396px

Hi Nick,

Thanks for advice, and its helpful, Reason i am not going for router
because it is super costly and we have very simple network which is
not going to change for next 10 year.

We are not going to take full BGP table from ISP, all we will do just
use default route, Reason i need BGP so i can null route traffic if
someone try to DDoS our application otherwise we have no use of BGP
(we are using BGP blackhole method since last 3 year and seems working
great)

our ISP link is 40G so nexus would be good idea to just route traffic.
