So this particular issue was the very reason we dumped the use of LACP
to create aggregate bandwidth in the core, and instead, run individual N
x 10Gbps links on IP/MPLS, and let them ECMP with one another.

As I speak, we are now in a position to move several backbone links to
native 100Gbps, which will be better, but at scale, LACP is a real problem.
