Just tested this - the results are the same whether you check off voicemail or fill in the destination with the pilot number.

It's always the original called party's voicemail box that answers.

  Yes, this is possible.  The call is always forwarded to the original phone's
  voicemail.  If you want to change it so that it will route to phone B's
  voicemail instead, what we do here is instead of using the Voice Mail
  checkbox under "Call Forward & Pickup Settings", enter in the Voicemail
  profiles Pilot Point in the "Destination" box and configure a CSS that can
  route to voicemail.  This should work.

  When Phone A is forwarded to phone B. (same CM and UNITY cluster) is it
  possible that if phone B doesn't answer it that it will go to phone A's
  (UM)V-Mail?  If so, can I change that?
