Ok, another method you can try is creating a voicemail direct dial
configuration. Check out this link:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186
a00800dea82.shtml

I set it up here so that if you dial a *XXXX it routes directly to the DN
specified. In the destination, specify the *XXXX box you want it to route
to. Just tried it and it works perfectly.

Just tested this - the results are the same whether you check off voicemail
or fill in the destination with the pilot number.

It's always the original called party's voicemail box that answers.

Scott,

Yes, this is possible. The call is always forwarded to the original phone's
voicemail. If you want to change it so that it will route to phone B's
voicemail instead, what we do here is instead of using the Voice Mail
checkbox under "Call Forward & Pickup Settings", enter in the Voicemail
profiles Pilot Point in the "Destination" box and configure a CSS that can
route to voicemail. This should work.

I'm not sure if this can happen, but this is what the end user is telling
me.

When Phone A is forwarded to phone B. (same CM and UNITY cluster) is it
possible that if phone B doesn't answer it that it will go to phone A's
(UM)V-Mail? If so, can I change that?

TIA

Scott
