The timer expiry is because the GW does not send back a progress or alert
after the call_proc. As to why, since you are using DID, you need to look
at the h323 side to see what is going on; debug h225 q931 to start would be
good.
What is the terminating h323 device? If a cisco, what is the
configuration/version you are running? Are you trying to setup this
h323/h225 call across some type of firewall?
