I am terminating this to a Call Manager 3.2....
Actually now that I think about it, it is traversing a firewall...Let me
take a look at the access rules... (h323 and H225 were open last I
looked but I'll check)

The timer expiry is because the GW does not send back a progress or
alert after the call_proc. As to why, since you are using DID, you need
to look at the h323 side to see what is going on; debug h225 q931 to
start would be good.
What is the terminating h323 device? If a cisco, what is the
configuration/version you are running? Are you trying to setup this
h323/h225 call across some type of firewall?
