[cisco-voip] ISDN No voice..

With the callmanager, make sure also that you have the GW defined (with the
proper ip address that the gateway will use) in the config.  However, I am
guessing that the tcp session is not even get setup; which would point back
again to ip issues to the ccm from the gateway.
