[cisco-voip] IPCC Express - JTAPI Triggers

can you assign more than 1 DN to an IPCC Application?  I've already got
one assigned and I have duplicated the configuration as much as I
believe, but can't seem to get a 2nd number to respond on the given IPCC
application.  All I get when dialing from external is a fast busy..
I've created the association to the CTI port via the jtapi (in my case)
username and have it added on the IPCC server...  not sure why it isn't
working...is there anything basic that I should be looking at that I may
have overlooked?  The reason I'm doing this is that our customer support
number will be changing and I need both numbers working in the short
term while the 800 number ports over.. 

Thanks for any info you can provide.  Let me know if any screenshots or
other info would be helpful in diagnosing the issue.
