I don't remember the difference between buttons.
However,. I do know that the IPMA phone functions won't work unless an assistant is logged into the application.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPMA question
Hello,
I am trying to configure an assistant-manager pair of phones (shared line
mode). What I would like to acheive is that besides normal behaviour the
manager will be able to do also:
- Have a DND button in which he/she can disable the phone and let the assistant
handling the calls.
- when the manager's phone is ringing he/she will be able to divert the call to
the assistant
What I've done it sharing the manager's primary line with the assistant, and
then using the User->Global-Directory->Cisco-IPMA defined them. Now I have the
DND button on the manager's phone, but it is grayed-out and cannot be used; the
same happens for Immediate Divert. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
BTW, what is the difference brtween ImmDiv and iDivert ?
Thanks! __Yehavi:
