[cisco-voip] CCM 3.3(4) Cluster config

Why are you pointing all to the publisher? As I understand it, the subscriber is where all the IP phones should be going and then they can fail over to the Publisher if the Sub is unavailable

I have no clue why your Route points are not available on both, but I can tell you how to configure your dial peers to point to both CCM's you set a prefernce on them..

For example
Your dial peer is:
  dial-peer voice 101 voip
description Dial-Peer fuer Gespraeche zum CCM1 in Kiel
  destination-pattern [1-5]..
  session target ipv4:1.1.1.1
  dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
  codec g711ulaw
  no vad

So you would add a "Preference 1" to that if you wanted it to be the Primary. It would then look like this

  dial-peer voice 101 voip
  preference 1
description Dial-Peer fuer Gespraeche zum CCM1 in Kiel
  destination-pattern [1-5]..
  session target ipv4:1.1.1.1
  dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
  codec g711ulaw
  no vad

And then you just add another dial peer with pref 2 and up for the same dial pattern pointing where you want it to go, your next dial peer would be

  dial-peer voice 102 voip
  preference 2
description Dial-Peer fuer Gespraeche zum CCM2 in Kiel
  destination-pattern [1-5]..
  session target ipv4:1.1.1.2
  dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
  codec g711ulaw
  no vad

Easy! :)

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 3.3(4) Cluster config

Hi!

I have a Cisco callmanager Cluster 3.3(4) and a H.323 Voice gateway.
In the cluster are a publisher and one subscriber.
The cluster is configured and the IP Phones can register to the publisher and to the subscriber. Actually config is that the IP Phones register to the publisher and when the publisher fails then they register to the subscriber.

As far as good. Now here my problem.
I have several questions.

On the Publisher I have some CTI-Route Points and some CTI-Route Ports.
How can I made them available on both callmanagers ?
At this time, if the publisher fails, my CTI-Route configuration fails too.

On the voice gateway I have a dial-peer which directs to the publisher. How can I configure the router to use the subscriber, if the publisher fails ?
Here my actually config of the dial-peer :
  dial-peer voice 101 voip
description Dial-Peer fuer Gespraeche zum CCM1 in Kiel
  destination-pattern [1-5]..
  session target ipv4:1.1.1.1
  dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
  codec g711ulaw
  no vad

Now my last question.
I've configured both callmanager to collect cdr records.
On the publisher, I've installed the CDR Analysis tool (CAR).
Are the cdr record automatically recorded to one database ?
If not, what should I do in order to collect the cdr records in one database?

Thanks in advance
  Ahmad
