as per the Cisco Documentation it is: 12.3(11)T.

The following features were added:
• Call failure recovery (rotary) on the Cisco Multiservice IP-to-IP
Gateway
• IP to IP Gateways support for voice codec transcoding
• Overlap signaling processing on H.323 terminating gateways
• SIP-to-H.323 Protocol interworking
• Slow-start to fast-start interworking for IP-to-IP Gateway
• Support for the Cisco 2811, Cisco 2821, Cisco 2851, Cisco 3825, and
Cisco 3845
