[cisco-voip] CDR scheduller service cannot start.

I have installed the plugin but when the system asked me for a secret phrase i did not put anything
because i did not remember setting one during the installation. Now, though CDR insert is running, CDR scheduller cannot start! Is there a way of retrieving the secret phrase if there is one existing?
Shall i then reinstall the plugin?
