[cisco-voip] CDR scheduller service cannot start.

Hi Anthony.
Your service will not start due to login failures. You will need to
uninstall CAR and then install CAR wth the correct pass phrase. if you
do not know the passphrase, use adminutil in c:\progarm files\cisco\bin
to set a new one for your entire cluster, (caution - will cause a call
processing outage) and then use the new passphrase to install CAR.
