Mr,

any company can create whatever they want and call it whatever they want.
I don't see a "Softswitch" doing media functions.

For your information a CCIE is not someone that knows everything about one
particular issue... therefore the "I" in the name of the certification.

Instead of you feeling bad about other people actually achieving the
certification you should try to achieve it yourself and then I am sure you
will value it more as you fail your way through it...
