[cisco-voip] CCM Trace setup

Team,

 

            Here is the problem: CCM 3.3.3 sr4 non gk controlled trunk to
another CCM 3.3.3 sr4 box. No firewalls. Router-pattern setup point to the
other CCM. No digit translations. I can ping the other box and the other
box's phones can make calls to me. But all my calls get busy tone. I tried
to setup a trace on all errors but can't get the trace function to produce
any files, please advise.
