Rijas,

If you say that the CCM doesn't find the ATA it's rather the ATA that 
doesn't register at the CCM. If you say that you can ping the box it at 
least has an IP address. What you can do is to http to the ATA to have a 
look at the settings. I'd look up the TFTP Server especially (option 150) 
because if that one is wrong or inexistent the whole boot process might be 
interrupted.

My call manager 3.3  not able to find the ATA186 . Tells Cant find after 
adding it . I am able to ping the ATA from Call manager . Please help 
.where am I going wrong.
