[cisco-voip] One CallManager and two voice gateways with E1

Hi all,

I have another case with CallManager 4 and two voice gateways
(2600XM routers). Both are connected to local PBXes via E1 trunk
(each 2600XM has NM-HDV-1E1-30 module), and are connected to
eachself via FR link.

And here's the thing which goes for me uncontrolled. When IP telephones
call analog telephones via local E1 trunk, everything is OK (and
analog can call IP too). However, both routers have also dial-peers
voip configured, because we're migrating from no-CallManager scenario,
and routers were used before for VoIP connectivity between two sites.

When I call from IP telephone to remote site, the connection goes from
IP telephone via gateway to PBX, then back (PBX is configured to call
remote site "via" E1 trunk) and there's loop. All available B channels
stuck in "S_CONNECT" phase and finally last available connection goes
through PSTN, because PBX is configured to allow only X connections
via router (FR is tight on CIR).

Now, I've searched cisco.com for information how to properly do
call routing if only interface seen by CallManager on voice gateway
is available, but I can't find anything usable. I can point
connections (route patterns) via route lists/gateways to router E1
interface, but that's as far as I can do with voice "static routing".

And there's another problem - I'm aware, that textbook solution would
call to connect both routers to CallManager via MGCP, but only one is
equipped with enough RAM and flash to run MGCP-capable IOS compatible
with CM 4.1.

So, anyone want to share links or information how to influence call
routing process on CallManager to point a call to configured dial-peer
voip before going out via E1 trunk?
