[cisco-voip] Upgrading CallManager to 4.X

Currently have a Pub and Sub running 3.3.3SR4a

I'm replacing the Publisher with a more redundant server and want to
upgrade to 4.X while I'm taking the downtime.

Has anyone performed this upgrade.  Are there any GOTCHAS! I should be
looking for?
The instructions are basically:
1) Backup the server, uninstall CAR
2) Build the new server, Install 3.3
3) Restore the config from the old server
4) Upgrade to 4.X

Which version should I be aiming for.  I've seen 4.0X as well as 4.1X
Can anyone share their experiences with the group?
