[cisco-voip] IP phone can not register to CCM

Hello All,

I found that my IP Phone 7970 can't register to CCM (ver 4.1.2). Status 
message on IP Phone tells me that "TFTP timout" and "SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml 
file not found".  After deep study of cisco documentation I found that 
when autoregistration is enabled on CCM the "SEPdefault.cnf.xml" file will 
be used as configuration file for first time. But this file 
(SEPdefault.cnf) isn't exist on CCM at all. 
I can't find any suggestion the file could be downloaded from, or any 
other hint how to create this file.
