[cisco-voip] Recommended CallManager 4.x Version

Can some of you suggest what CallManager release of version 4.x you
recommened?  I've heard stories that others do not like 4.0(1), but to
go with 4.0(2a).  Then I have heard stories to leave the 4.0x train
altogether and go to 4.1(2).
