[cisco-voip] pri & mgcp

Chad,
Registartoin in process and "wainting for RSIP ACK" from <ip? indicate 
the gw is waiting for response from CM, but does not appear to be 
getting the response.  this communciation goes form the router to UDP 
2427 of CM.  make sure CM is listening on that port with netstat, then 
make sure the packets from the gw are reaching CM and the CM is sending 
an MGCP 200 OK back to the gateway.  Best guess right now is the packets 
are not making it.  Do the CM traces show the RSIP coming from the GW?
