[cisco-voip] pri & mgcp

i had to change my callmanager config to use
metaswitch_gw.voip.nexband.com as the device name rather than just 
metaswitch_gw.  now its registered on the 2600 but not in callmanager yet, im 
guessing thats because my pri isnt actually hot yet.
