Perhaps I read a little too much into the description, but it says it "completes the total package for secure conversations" - I guess I read encryption in that. Anyone else know anything about this?

Walker is proud to introduce Cisco New IP Phone direct replacement handsets. Equipped with a single pole, single throw switch the Push-to-Talk handset completes the total package for secure conversations. Using Cisco IP Network and Walker's PTT handset any conversation can be conducted without the worries of eavesdropping.

According to the link you provided, this is simply a replacement handset for a Cisco IP phone with a Push to talk button.

I do not see any claims or references to encryption. The push to talk button is used in some government applications so that you cannot eaves drop on a full conversation. It only transmits your end of the conversation if you press the PTT button, you could call this a security feature, but it has nothing to do with encryption.

Does anyone have any details about this product?

It claims it's part of an encryption package that encrypts communications over Call Manager. I tried asking the vendor, but they had little to offer.
