However, you can have the gateway generate Call Detail and send it to a syslog server if you so choose.

Hi Anthony,
If the call was between the h323 gateway and CCM, then CCM will have a CDR for that call. CCM will record calling, called, and duration for any call that traverses CCM. AFAIK CCM does not import CDR information from h323 gateways in any form.
