I am running ccm 3.3.3sr4a with Extension Mobility and correctly configured
with service and device profile with phone and user associated with the
profile. I followed all the steps to configure Extension Mobility Profiles,
but when i try to access the EM login service from Ip phone 7960G it returns
with no time out error "Login Unsuccessful" Error 6.

Error 6 in Extension Mobility login process means:

"Database Error: The Extension Mobility service received an error while
trying to communicate with the database."

My EM configuration is correct and the DC Directory replication is working
correctly.

I found the there is a Virtual Directory which contains a Password and this
might be the problem because Pub Virtual Directory Password mith not be the
same with teh DCD Directory password and should they be? I am unable to find
this Virtual Directory.

If any one could help i will be grateful!

Log Files says:

36: Oct 06 17:02:57.739 EEST %EMApp-3-UNK:Error while getting dir handle
:java.lang.Exception: -1002

37: Oct 06 17:02:57.739 EEST %EMApp-3-UNK:Unable to establish dir
connection:java.lang.Exception: -1002

38: Oct 06 17:02:57.739 EEST %EMApp-EMAPPSERVLET-7-UNK:Context:/emapp
::URI:/jsp/phone_error1.jsp

39: Oct 07 10:54:22.975 EEST %EMApp-EMAPPSERVLET-7-UNK:java.lang.Exception:
-1002

How can see more detailed debug than this one and where could be the
problem? Wrong Password but how to change it or wrong pointing and the dir
location?

Some help will be usefull since i read all about the Error I get 6 login
Unsuccessful on EM service without timeout and user identification and
nothign helped.
