[cisco-voip] CRA engine could not start!

It was working when i set it up in my place. Then i took the CCM to the customer, changed the ip settings and got it to work. He did not need the CRA at that time. After a year he decided that he needs it. I think that the CRA engine still has the old IP configured, which i cannot remember!!
Could it be this setting? How can i retrieve the ip that is set for it? I am lost in the logs files!

"Could not start the Cisco CRA Engine service on Local Computer.
The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service
error"
What could be wrong?
