[cisco-voip] Distribute call to different phones

Is it possible in CCM 4.0 to define the following?

If phone 100 doesn't answer , ring on phone 120,121,122,...

 

100 = operator. If she doesn't answer a couple of other phones should
ring so one of them can answer the incoming line.

I can define transfer no aswer, but how do I transfer to several phones
at the same time?
