[cisco-voip] Recover old settings of CRA engine from the Regedittool

You don’t need the engine to be started you just have to start the IIS service and try to access it!!!!! IT should work!!

George,

when i look in the services, the CRA engine has not started because it has wrong settings. Since, it has not started, i dont't know how i can access the web interface.

You should be able to run the CRA from the Admin page with the default pass and user Administrator and ciscocisco they are case sensitive !  If you can do that then the job is half-past done go to Configuration and Repository and change the ccm ip address!!! Restart the Engine and all should work fine.Mine one did!!!

Hi all,

could someone please help me with this one.

 I have a ccm 3.3(3) sr3 with a  CRA engine running on it (with no problems at the first time).

I changed the ip of the CCM and after several months i needed to run the CRA again. But it didnot run since it had the old settings!

How can i retrieve the old IP address that was configured on the CRA?

Via the regedit tool? And where is it located?
