[cisco-voip] AC

If this is intuitive then I wish I wasn't so stupid.  No, really I can
see it's A login / password issue.  But how do I fix it?

Do you have "CTI Use Enabled" on the AC user?  Take a look in a detailed

TCD trace, it's pretty intuitive.
