[cisco-voip] I'm clueless -- and anyone help

I have a VGW running 3 PRI's to the PSTN (5ess) and 3 PRIs to a PBX
(qsig).

Voice calls are working fine to the PBX, but the Fax and Modem lines are
getting a lot of line noise.  Any ideas?

My PBX vendor says that I need to clock for the PBX, but as soon as I do
that, the PBX starts showing LOS and CRC.  Move it back to the line and
it works again.

I'm running MGCP IOS GW running 12.3.8xy with CM 3.3.4sr2.
