[cisco-voip] I'm clueless -- and anyone help

OK. This looks like maybe what I'm looking for. I found the drop down
on the gateway configuration. I can choose internal (I assume that
clocks the line); external (I assume it gets it from the other end); and
then there's external primary, external secondary 1,2,3,3,...17.
Which ones would I set accordingly?
PSTN
3/0 primary
3/1 secondary 1
3/2 secondary 2
PBX
3/3 secondary 3
3/4 secondary 4
3/5 secondary 5
Is that correct?
