[cisco-voip] Background Images on a 7970...

Hey everyone,
I am trying to create a custom background image for my 7970's  Per the
instructions, I created 2 files the main image and the thumbnail image
at the proper sizes (320x212 and 80x53), copied them to the proper
directories, edited the xml conf file..
 
When I go to the phone and try to select the image, the thumbnail of the
image is there, and I can select it but when I preview it or try to set
it as the background I just get a blue background without the image...
 
Other IMages I have uploaded work fine but this one just won't for some
reason...I've tried recreating the graphic from scratch a few times and
nothing...
 
Anyone ever had this before?
