[cisco-voip] CME

I have put in the command type and the cptone command and it appears to
have solved both problems

Try setting "compand-type a-law" under the voice-port; since it appears
you
have this set up in GB.  This should help the loud dialtone issue when
you
call in.

For the outbound call, not enough information to tell what is happening.
Minimum would be "debug isdn q931" for a single outbound call which is
failing.
