[cisco-voip] TCL script to capture Feature Group B digits

It depends. There is a feature available for the 5x00 line which allows ani
parsing where you specify the delimiting characters; see url below. On the
2600 with a tcl script, you should be able to get similar behavior with a
line configured for e&m-wink dtmf dnis where you have a tcl script using
something like the tcl string command to search for the delimiting character
and parse the ani and dnis accordingly.

This makes the assumption that the switch presenting the call is expecting a
single wink back; since typically FGD trunks which do provide ANI and AFAIK
is supported on the 2600 expects a double-wink back. Also that the ANI/DNIS
has a delimiter that can be matched in the tcl script.
