[cisco-voip] TCL script to capture Feature Group B digits

I was told by a Cisco person that a TCL script could capture ANI digits off of a FGB T1 CAS trunk, even if the voice gateway cannot do FGB signaling.  Anyone here know how a TCL script would catch this?  The idea is to take a 2600 router, which cannot do FGB, and populate the ANI field for H.323 back to a CallManager.
