[cisco-voip] Cisco VOIP- Customizing personal ring tones on 7960?

We are running 3.3.3sr3 here, and I was wondering how to setup up
different 
Ring tones on my phone. I have 2 .mid files, what product can I sue to
convert them to .raw 
And how do I apply these new files to the phone?
