[cisco-voip] Unity 4.0: Hearing greeting and at the same time phone ringing

Is it possible that cisco unity is configured so a caller could hear a greeting while at the same time the phone on the operator is ringing?It is quit annoying to have to wait all the greeting and after the phone rings.
