Hi Anthony,

You could possibly use queueing in AC in CM40 and make your announcement
your MOH source.
You could possibly set Unity to use a consultative xfer and configure the
unity network MOH source to be your custom greeting.

Is it possible that cisco unity is configured so a caller could hear a
greeting while at the same time the phone on the operator is ringing?It is
quit annoying to have to wait all the greeting and after the phone rings.
