[cisco-voip] Unity 4.0: Hearing greeting and at the same time phoneringing

Wes, i have used supervised transfer but i cannot hear a think while i am on hold!! MOH server has all kind of codecs. In the gateway i have configured a voip dial peer with g711u law! What do you think?

  Hi Anthony,

  You could possibly use queueing in AC in CM40 and make your announcement your MOH source.
  You could possibly set Unity to use a consultative xfer and configure the unity network MOH source to be your custom greeting.

  Is it possible that cisco unity is configured so a caller could hear a greeting while at the same time the phone on the operator is ringing?It is quit annoying to have to wait all the greeting and after the phone rings.
