Question,
How can I have it where if someone dials 911, we have a voice prompt
that asks "are you sure" before dialing.  we are having a problem with
people dialing international (9,011) and they dial so fast they dial 911
then hang up (the police are getting pissed about this)
 
Is this soemthing that is easy to do?
