[cisco-voip] GS Analog Line "False" Rings

A Customer is getting repeated "false" calls. Voice Gateway is MGCP
with the Attendant DN of 5060. The 5060 phone will ring for about 1
second. There is no caller on the line. I think it is just signaling
on the Ground Start Analog line triggering CCM to place a call to 5060.
Any suggestions?
