[cisco-voip] SIP , video and internet

Hi , i am having problem with the SIP phone , video and internet . currently i am using 2MB bandwidth for that . but when i start the video streaming server and sip phone ,. i am totally can not surfing internet ,. even sip phone also can not use. so, i am using " Switchport Priority default 7 " into Catalyst switch. but doesnt look any different .. 
so, does any experience this ?
