Hi Scott,

try to look at the chat functionality.
The chat component is used to monitor the agents.
That meens if a agent shuts down the chat function he couldn't be seen by his supervisor.

Have a great day.
Martin

I my ICD Supervisor says sometime he loses an agent off his screen.. he
walks over and the agent is still logged in taking calls. Any ideas?
I'm running CM 3.3.4 and IPCC 3.1.2 (Sr3 I think).

TIA

Scott

Is there any way to change the settings on my 7940 phone? I'm currently
using CM 3.3.4 and it gets it's info via DHCP. I'm bringing up a new
cluster and would like to leave it on the same Vlan and just change the
TFTP address. I tried manually but it says the key is not active here.
I did unlock it with the **# with no luck. Any other idea's other then
coming up with a new VLAN and DHCP scope?

Thanks

Scott
